Here's a grip of new Dancehall/Rap blends that I just finished up, plus a short dancehall/rap mix for that ass. I've always loved this kinda shit and never felt like there was enough of it, so this one's for all the other lovers of dancehall/rap shit out there. It wasn't hard to get inspired for this one as the weather gets warmer in Crown Heights(lotsa bashment vibes out here in Brooklyn ya dig). You can preview some of the tracks and mix below(the rest can be found on my Soundcloud page) or download the zip below that includes all 6 blends plus my Lick Shots mini mix. Hope y'all enjoy this shit!

First and for most: THANK YOU to everyone that showed up for the Get Cryphy 3 year anniversary. We packed roughly 1400 people into the First Avenue Main Room last Friday, and it was hands down one of the funnest shows that all 4 of us have got to play. It doesn't stop there though. On March 1st Crossfaded Bacon will be releasing my newest mixtape "Somewhere Between Fast Food and Vegan Vol. 2". So to start it off we decided to release a couple edits early for everyone to listen to. First up is an edit to Rick Ross's - Gotti Family, and Isley Brothers - Work To Do. Enjoy!
Just in time for our THREE YEAR ANNIVERSARY, the crew came together and brought you this new mix! It features rap bangers, dancehall remixes, moombahton, bmore, and all the other stuff you'd expect to hear from us. This mix is the perfect warm-up for our anniversary this Friday. ENJOY!
By the way, that amazing graphic up above was provided by the homie Mike 2600 and will be available on a T-shirt at the party! Also, huuggggeee thanks to Jonathan Earl for the mix and master and for letting us invade his Wisconsin studio on Superbowl Sunday! Dude is even a Packer fan (yikes)!
So you really like that cover the Black Eyed Peas did of your favorite movie Dirty Dancing? Here's my Moombahton remix minus the Dirty Dancing part. Enjoy!
Our dude Kevin O'Meara got this ill shot of First Ave.'s Main Room last Friday for their NYE celebration, which included DJ sets from the Soviet Panda, Fundo and Last Word, and Plain Ole Bill and myself.
Check out the whole set HERE, and here's an additional set of flicks by young B-Fresh. Thanks to everyone who made it out! Join us back in First Ave.'s main room on February 11th for the Get Cryphy 3 year celebration:
Been holding on to this for a bit now. It's a track I made out of Big Boi's "Back Up Plan" Vocals with Grizzly Bear's "Two Weeks". I think it goes pretty hard.
Yo cryphy blog readers, if you're in NYC or got homies there, be sure to let 'em know about two great parties going on this week in the Lower East Side.
Tomorrow I throw down with the dude Skinny Friedman at he and Sammy Bananas' Wednesday night jumpoff "PLAYER'S CLUB."
...and then on Friday catch the first installment of new weekly party L'Affair with me and the homies Project Matt and Prince Klassen, who we've had the pleasure of hosting at Get Cryphy as well!
It's been awhile since the last installment of Cryphy radio, so I figured I'd lace y'all with a new mix. This one came about after a day of listening to beats and hitting up my favorite Brooklyn sammich spot with the dude Brandon Allday of MPLS rap duo Big Quarters. Moombahton has been everywhere lately(Read its origin HERE if you're unfamiliar) and I was showing him some of my favorite joints of the fledgling genre when he suggested I do a mix for the midwest homies, So here it is! This mix is 100% live so there might be a boo boo moment or two, but all in all its pretty fun and there's something for everyone including a few Moombahton edits and remixes from the likes of DJ Last Word and I, and I even included my edit/blend of Udachi's "Swagger," so get on it!
